By accessing and using InvoicesOS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

InvoicesOS is a software-as-a-service platform that provides invoice management, business automation, and AI-powered review response tools. We offer various subscription tiers with different features and capabilities.

Important Information About AI Services:

• AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information
• AI responses are generated based on patterns and may not always reflect current facts
• Like all software systems, AI tools can exhibit unexpected behaviors
• We implement safety measures but cannot guarantee perfect AI performance
• Users should review AI-generated content before use

Your Responsibilities: You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI tools carry inherent risks that may include unexpected behaviors
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content
• You should not rely solely on AI for critical business decisions
• Any security issues, bugs, or unexpected behaviors should be reported immediately
• InvoicesOS is not liable for damages arising from AI-generated content

As a user of InvoicesOS, you agree to:

• Not use the service to transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoicesOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for:

• AI-generated content or responses
• Third-party service interruptions (payment processors, email providers, etc.)
• Your business decisions or actions based on service usage
• Data loss due to user error or unauthorized account access
• Downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

InvoicesOS operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoicesOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and content, but grant us a license to use, modify, and process your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site prior to the effective date of changes.
